Auto-Open Gate Feature Policy

Introduction

This Auto-Open Gate Feature Policy ("Policy") is an agreement between Pal Electronics Systems LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your"). This Policy governs your access to and use of the Auto-Open Gate Feature ("Feature") offered by Pal Electronics Systems LTD.

By enabling and using the Feature, you agree to comply with this Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Pal Electronics Systems LTD.

Description of the Feature

The Auto-Open Gate Feature allows for automated gate opening without manual user interaction. The feature uses GPS/Network location & Beacons to detect your presence and open the gate accordingly.

User Responsibilities

  1. Security: You are responsible for the security and safe usage of the Feature.

  2. Updates: You must update the PalGate to the latest version to ensure optimal functionality.

  3. Hardware: You must ensure that your hardware is compatible with the Feature.

Limitations and Disclaimers

  1. No Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee that the Feature will function as described at all times.

  2. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death, arising from the use or misuse of the Feature.

  3. Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
